As homebrewers and craft beverage lovers, we started the Drips & Draughts podcast to explore questions and topics across the craft beverage industry. As it turns out, the focus of many of our early episodes has been around coffee, specifically cold brew and nitro coffee. This deep dive into coffee throughout many of our early episodes has opened up an appreciation for the term “craft beverage” and all of the steps and care that go into creating the final product that reaches the customer’s glass.

The Drips & Draughts Goal
When getting into making or consuming craft beverages either at home or commercially, it can be daunting. New terms, new lingo, different styles, lots to learn and (hopefully) lots to taste. Whether you prefer beer, coffee, wine, soda, kombucha or something else, have fun with it! We’re here to share our experiences, bring in guests who are willing to share their experiences and hopefully, we can all learn from that together.
